Every project we take on starts with listening to our client’s vision. Once we become familiar with you and your needs, we manage your project from inception – including permits and design meetings – right through until the final city sign off. We work with carefully hand selected architects, engineers, and consultants to create a seamless experience for our clients.

Every successful project needs everyone on the same page from its inception. That’s why we take the time to get to know our clients. We work with everyone involved to make sure our goals are aligned and we confirm important project details, including budget and schedule, so there are no complications once construction begins.

Every project starts with a consultation. The first step in developing a relationship is getting to know each other and making sure we’re a good fit. In this phase, we have open conversations with one another to understand the scope of the project and answer initial questions.

3. Construction

This is where your trust in us comes to life. You will watch our team create your dream structure and feel a shared sense of accomplishment as part of our team. To us this is not construction, this is artistry. As we build, we pay careful attention to detail and use the latest technology to create healthy spaces that are built to last.

4. Handover

Once the construction phase is complete, and the final walk through with city officials takes place, we hand over the keys to you and welcome you to your RELM.
